At times, the order used below causes these to be presented out of order. Although there is little in the way of major continuing storylines running through ThunderCats, certain creatures reoccur and clips from other episodes are employed. However, neither this order nor the original production order of the episodes is the correct chronological story order for the series. The list below presents the episodes in their original broadcast order, which is also the order used for the DVD release of the series. Volume 1 was released on Augand Volume 2 on December 6, 2005. Season 1, Volume 1 was recalled when it was discovered that the second episode was missing its background musical score, and a corrected version was released in its place.

Slithe once served as Ratar-O's cook earlier in his career, and he retains a discriminating palate. He also possesses a strong muscular tail which he often uses as a weapon by swinging it and knocking his opponent off their feet. Unlike Jackalman and Monkian (whose appearances are identical to other mutants of their kind), Slithe stands out from other Reptilians because of his ears. He has a tendency to emphasize on pronouncing the letter "S" in his speech, usually ending his sentences with the question, "Yes-s-s?" He also holds little to no respect for Mumm-Ra. Domineering and impatient, Slithe often must browbeat the other Mutants into going along with his plans.
Although lacking sophistication, he can be very cunning. Slithe is the leader of the Mutants and a very dangerous enemy of the Thundercats.
